We have a no-return policy UNLESS your item arrived defective or damaged via shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at willowdeepstudio@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photo(s) of the item’s condition if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have one week from the day you receive the item to report any issue with an incorrect order or any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. Photos must be included as evidence of the damage incurred. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the evidence of your damage , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You may also choose to receive the same item as your original order to other replace the incorrect item sent to you or the damaged incurred via shipping.
