Willow Deep Studio can build a myriad of professional leaded and stained glass projects from traditional designs to custom illustrative pieces to three-dimensional products. Once a design is chosen, measured and hand-drawn into a pattern, all of the colored (or clear) glass pieces are cut by hand from larger sheets and refined with a grinding machine if needed. Each piece of glass is then framed in either copper foil or lead came and pinned in place before being soldered together at high heat. If lead came is used, the piece is solidified with putty before being polished. Contact us if you are interested in custom stained glass for your home or business.
